READING MATERIAL: QUEST: Have production value hardwood 264 per 12 hours; water 180 per 12 hours; iron 216 per 12 hours and coal 180 every 12 hours.... no matter what I do, the levels on this quest do not fluctuate and the water value has been listed as completed. I check this quest more than once a day. I have had multiple mines running with buffs and still no difference.

Soldiers: Quest: Has the same problem. Only one of the production values (Steel) has registered. Even when I completed another quest that had a steel swords requirement of similar quantities they did not register on this quest.

How do you complete this type of quest?
