Server Disconnect

Ever since the March 10 maintenance I've been unable to login. Once I reach my island I immediately get the caveman pounding the server.
I was able to login once for about 3 minutes, but that was it. Nothing has changed and I've already gone through all of the browser cookie clearing, etc. Support won't respond to my tickets (been about 5 days now), so I'm not sure what to do or how to get back onto the game.
Anyone at BB that can help me here?

I had the same exact problem. I did have several mails with support. With this mornings maint. I am able to get on. I do lose connection as see the guy with the hammer, but it connects back at once.

Why oh why does accepting an invite to an adventure result in "Server is busy. Please try again later" message and then you are stuck at "Loading Map" for a very long time when you try to log back in. Is this by design to slow us from doing invites?

This looks like a common problem. It looks like a BOHICA to me.

Thanks for the reports.

Customer Support was already investigating the issue, we have escalated the issue to the developers. The additional reports will be very useful.

same isssue... while loading back to my island map from adventure map, started slowing down showing the map loading mini screen but not loading. tried to refresh game and a complete failure... after 4 hrs still can not log in game.

happened again, on adventure island game crashed and can not log in back...

can not load game at all. it hangs at the ubisoft/bluebyte page with the loading bar 3/4 across it has been setting there for 2-3 days now. cleared my ie cache but to no avail. I would like to get back into the game but I guess i'll just have to give up and play something else. Same for i have been playing on this account for over a year.
