Disappearing 24-hr Buffs

I honestly fail to see how a screenshot would make a difference when we can't actually screenshot the thing in question needed...a detailed server time log (not the News tab!) to match the statements made.

Agreed to entire thread. Yes, had same problems, and note that for screen shots to actually work, we would have to be screenshot-ting a lot!!! e.g. while buffing to show that the buff was applied and including the news chat window then later SSing to show that the buff is missing from star and that the building is not buffed. This is a lot of SS's as well as extra time to show the fail... Is there a better way? Giving the time/date in GMT so BB could review their logs, which I would think are more detailed?!

If that is what you want, I will do it. However, I will be expecting more cooperation from support than the canned message, "...known issue, please be patient...' and closing the ticket.

Please submit a ticket and attach a screenshot of the buffed (or not) building when it happens, we will look into it.

Would that actually help in _any_ way? I mean, on the screenshot you simply only see a building that is simply unbuffed between, most likly, a bunch of buffed ones. Unsure how a screenshot of "You maybe just forgot to buff it..." would help...?
Also making a screenshot of the "disappearing" buff would provide difficulties, simpy because you cannot prove that you didn't go somewhere else and drop a buff.

A screenshot would simply allow us to see which building is affected. High level players have hundreds of buildings and many of them are constantly buffed. This information would then allow us to check our logs and pinpoint what really happened.

the problem BB E, is that the buff is deducted , but does NOT show up on the news feed, so there is no record of it.
This is what I have been told by support.

The fact that your buff has been deducted will be visible in our server logs.

The news feed is a local feed and it is linked to the game, if some events don't happen in your game client, they will most likely not be displayed in this feed.
