Starting adventures and nothing happens

Has to be at least the 3rd time this has happened with various adventures. Just started a BK and nothing. Reloaded and nothing....

I see you've been on since 2013... but silly question did you look in the quest books? making sure its 'check marked'

Ya, started it and got nothing so reloaded and went to the quest book and still nothing. Adventure is gone from the Star menu as well.

i suggest - screen shot everything (the adv notice etc etc) and send in a ticket

Lol, gave up on tickets a long time ago. That process is more broken then the game.
