BB's: EXPEDITION ENDED TWO MINUTES EARLY

I have filed a complaint with CS. I just spent hundreds of gems to race troops through the system and had my final SHORT attack in the "crossed swords" mode with TWO MINUTES on the clock when the game ended the expedition prematurely.

I am not happy. As Customer Service NEVER actually answers anything - I am expecting REPARATIONS from the game and an explanation.

My record as a long standing player - plenty of gem purchasing power - and only and off and on complainer about the population reset failure - is the track record I am standing on - to EXPECT a TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY and RESTORATION OF GEMS etc etc.

WHY WOULD I CONTINUE TO PLAY THIS GAME - IF IT IS INTENTIONALLY BUILT TO CHEAT.

AMAZING UPDATE: BB_Endesmor quickly replied to my holler in Global and researched the incident - affirmed the game ended about 90 seconds early and refunded the gems I had spent ramming enough sabers through the combat armory and cavalry through the barracks to prepare the last attack.

I can't thank BB_Endesmor enough for this rapid, quality response. I am awaiting further review by Customer Service re: my loss of troops, loot, possible eggs to complete the Easter achievement and of course possession of the colony.

I will keep you all posted.

A TRULY FAIR RESOLUTION! AND UNPRECEDENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE.

CS awarded me 4 armory/barracks buffs (expedition) and additional valor points. On top of the return of the gems I had spent rushing my army against the clock - this strikes me as probably the best solution TSO could come up with - given the scenario of a crossed sword final attack on the Map Boss with 90 seconds on the clock!

It is true I am addicted to the game - but I have also been fair to understand most issues - so I don't feel it right to quibble over possession of a colony, Easter achievement points, and troop loss - which in addition to the gems spent - I was clearly READY to spend in order to acquire same. But I suspect this would be an unreasonable expectation - programming/software wise - thus I am very pleased with the resolution offered to me by TSO.

Unlike so many others - I have never had any reason to consider quitting in anger - but I was quite surprised how close I came on this incident. I will probably not risk an EXPEDITION FAST FINISH again ---- but I do hope to ride for many years to come!
