I have a level 5 hunter... shouldn't this daily quest be done already?

That quest is broken. You probably have to build a new one, but I don't think anyone is going to waste the resources to find out.

Thanks for posting in forum, I just received this quest, and have the same problem. Will try the above solution.

OK, costs 500 hardwood, 300 marble, 200 tools, one building license to build.
Costs 100 coins, 200 marble to upgrade.
In return, you get 50 iron ore for the quest, and
for tearing down the building you get back
75 marble, one building license, 50 tools, and 125 hardwood.
Hardly seems fair...

If your quest is locked, you can submit a ticket and my colleagues will manually complete the quest for you.
