Downtime and what happens to your Pits if they run out?

If you have a Granite Pit that is low on deposit during a long downtime like we have right now does it continue using the deposit when game is down or is it paused till server is back up?

This would really stink if it was destroyed cause you could not log in to turn it off in time.

I hope they do remember to stop things, this is a very long downtime, and you are definitely not the only one upset and worried about this issue. This extended maintenance is really frustrating.

Time still ticks during maintenance, so you are royally screwed then. I've never put myself in a position that a deposit could be so low as to me direly needing attention within 24h, so I can't speak for the adrenaline junkies, on the other hand, your buffs run out and your expensive chain is wasting along, although I've not had that problem either (besides having forgotten/badly timed/rl stuff), I have, for the longest time now, made it a rule that anything important is gets to run 2 days after maintenance (as to avoid ninja maintenance due to whatever fail, unless the buff lasts 36h+) and gets put to sleep 36h before sheduled maintenance to avoid early maintenance stuffs.

Only daylight savings BS is something I can never get the hang off...dude that invented it, the people who went along with it, all the people still in favor of it and the people who make excuses for it need to die a horrible death. Like, now.

Something would be nice lol, this is what 2 weeks in a row its almost been a 12 hour maintenance? lmao I dont know why but theres not a whole lot that i can see being done. Makes me wonder why it takes so long. But maybe some rabbids escaped and it took a while to get them caged up till next easter who knows?

They have a lot of bugs and stuff to fix. This takes time. I don't like it but what is the alternative? Sure, don't allow bugs.

it's not like this is the first time this has happened. all I can say it's your own fault for running chains like these on maintenance days. if it was a special maint I would understand the outcry, but on a regular one? nope.
