Add check boxes beside each item, with buttons to 'cancel, move to front of queue(After the present building item) move down to bottom of queue' options

New making 200 stacks at a time is great, but now you shut off the ability to 'spam cancel' multiple items(Now gotta wait 4 seconds between each click) - resulting in what would not be an issue before (IE accidentally make 200 of the wrong item)

I had a bunch of recruits scheduled and wanted to make soldiers first. Neither cancelling the recruits nor moving the soldiers up the queue was appealing. I settled on cancelling the recruits (and then redoing them).

That would really be a neat feature.
