I just ran a rank 3 small expedition, and got a grand total of ZERO victory points. Is this common? I was rushing to finish it in my remaining 30 min of premium time - and check out all the "cool" rewards I got. Omg coal and iron ore!!!
I lost 499 troops on this expedition, and even though it's happened before that I got only 80-90 points instead of the usual 150ish, I've never gotten zero.
After the initial novelty of expeditions wore off, victory points became my main motivation in running them, since expeditions still make no sense economically. I would like to get the extra marshal, and the elite guardsmen work great against camps with dogs. I don't want to spend A LOT of real-life time rebuilding iron mines, nor real-life money buying premium time, if there may or may not be victory points in the game.
