    The future of TSO

I hope BB, you guys think about something new (next thing after FT adventures) in the future for pve players (majority really) to do with all the extra room/population the expansion will give us? Hopefully we don't have to wait 2 years for the expansion islands (the servers might get pretty empty by then). Like another adventure chain (similar to FT)? Perhaps raising level to 60?

"Pvp" even with rankings, better rewards and some fluff is not going to save your game. I hope you realized this by now. The huge majority of your players enjoy pve, economy/trade (hoarding included) and being/doing stuff with friends/guildies. You should rewire some of your designing effort/time into those 3 aspects of the game and stop pouring every resource into "pvp".

Whoever manager is responsible for the course the game has taken last 12 months - his ideas/perspectives cost you great numbers of lost players already. I hope the top brass at Ubisoft gets it and start re-focusing designing efforts where they bring the most impact. I don't want to see more and more people leaving because there is nothing new in what they love to do in the game - adventures/trading/socializing.

I would like to be able to level up. I don't care if I'm at "end game". It's still some goal to achieve.

It could just be the devs are so driven to produce the next big money maker.

This game does not generate the revenues it first did.

Thus, it is not so much of a priority. The best devs are on other projects where the work they do generates revenue.

You have some great suggestions and I hope BB listens.

This game is sort of my property or product and I want value for the cost I have paid.

That is the major problem I think. Devs invested tons of effort/time into developing "pvp" thinking it will revive not only the game but also spur the gem sales. Why in the world would they think so if majority of players told them numerous time we don't care for pvp at all - this one is a mystery. So "pvp" didn't achieve its goal. It boosted some interest for a moment and then... resulted in even more people quitting.

Majority of players are not interested in "pvp" and I am not sure rather even increased rewards will change that. Ranking? Awesome. For top 10 players who can put their names out there. And the rest of us who are not into competing hard core? I also hope BB start to reroute some of the designing efforts into the game most of the players want to play - adventures and leveling, economy and trading, socializing and cooperating. There were few great suggestions on this forums on how to add new features and improve social aspects of this game.

Unfortunately, Endesmore can only relay some ideas but devs appear to be totally into "pvp"...That doesn't make a dime anyway and cost old players to quit (disappointment). Wake up call is due time and if the sales numbers don't improve... well, we will see won't we?

In the wise words of Skyfall from test forums:

"Forcing new stuff into the failed experiment that are colonies can be the beginning of the end of this game, as it can probably be done for the next few years, while the game itself (the big picture) is still in the same place it was by the end of 2013."

Agree 100%. Don't know who from the lead designers and project managers have such a hard on for the "pvp" but your stupor is really hurting your own game.

    and Bri0sheje replied:

"- January 2015 -> almost a quarter of the community left the game.
    - PVP introduction : someone came back, most left because they were almost disgusted.
    - March 2015 -> another quarter of the community left the game, if some remained (level 50 players) they just kept playing because they probably spent money and, therefore, they don't want to see that wasted for nothing.
    - April 2015 -> PVP update, people comes back to see that: ILLUSION.

    What will happen:

    - Update goes live, thousand bugs will persist (unless something really happens).
    - People gets to level 30, unlocking their FANTASTIC 120 units marshall.
    - People will find out that once they reached level 30 they have (once again) nothing to do and that this 120 units general is useless once you're done with "leveling up".

    Skyfall got the point"

I think that removing weapons from loot did more damage than good.
Still around from time to time.

PvP was a big request for a long time. And a lot of players left because there was no PvP. There were tons of post crying about the game being boring and not having PvP. And for the longest time this game was all about PvE. So what happened? All the PvP cry babies stopped playing of course.

And now the PvE players are left as a result and so now the PvE cry babies (no offense to you guys) are still around because Devs are pouring efforts into PvP in hopes to bring back the PvP players.

So all these PvE players asking for more PvE content is because you're mostly the ones left posting and caring enough to post on the forums.

But I do agree. This game needs more effort into making the game fun in general. More units. More interesting adventures. More PvE mechanics. More themed adventures that has to do with the more interesting new units to recruit. I made a suggestion a while back about adding magic damage types and adding in magic unit types.

We're still missing the Skill Tree for Generals and Skill Tree for Islands!

New mechanics like items to find and Generals being able to carry 1-2 items on their adventures. Storage space for unique items for generals to choose from for load-outs. Stuff like that would be neat.

I am down to 3 active players in my guild, and by active I mean they logon for a few minutes to send exp/geos. I do believe removing weapons was a mistake. It did not hurt those of us at 50, but it killed it for those trying to do adventures and level up. I have offered weapons to my guildies, but most (the 3 I have left) don't even care anymore.

Yes, that was huge. I do think they needed to adjust the numbers of rewards, not remove. i.e. someone should not be able to ls their way to riches... You know as well as I do, lots of folks just ride ls and collect the goodies and never put in any real work.

Which brings up another point that may not be pleasing to other players, but why not reward the players in an adventure to the same ratio of treasure (loot) as they get in experience/star coin?? So, you 1R tag, you get very little loot; help take down a tower, get more loot.. You still get credit for the adventure for quest purposes.
