    Two ideas that would make PvP more fun and $$$ for BB

    1) PvP is okay, but would be way more fun if it was not anonymous.

    I know this was a deliberate decision but I think it was a big mistake. It doesn't feel like PvP. If someone took my expedition island I would be a lot more motivated if I could take it back .... from them..... and would keep searching for it with my explorers. For those who don't like the personal conflict of this kind of PvP their are still adventures and scenarios for them to do.

    The next one is a "Biggie" and would make a huge difference to guild participation.....

    2) Instead of the resources going to the player they are divided by the guild, each player in a guild collects his share. Although an individual player conquers the island, it is owned by the guild until someone else conquers it. Rankings for each guild of resources gathered could replace the existing meaningless rankings.... I know I would want to be in a guild where this ranking was high.

    I believe that these two ideas would make PvP a lot more fun to play and make guilds (which are broken at the moment) more lively.

    Meh. Combat system is interesting and fun; travel time by generals/marshals is great; production costs are not good; having to divide troops between armies is terrible. That aside, we'll agree to disagree.

    Agreed. I know there are those who prefer the anonymous, but it is a major contributing factor to my lack of participation.

    A most interesting proposition. With recent activity in many guilds being low, and no real incentive to being in a guild (guild quests are cancelled nearly 1/2 of the time due to lack of interest by players), outside of ls swapping (which can be circumvented by friends in global/trade), and helping lower level players. Might need some tweaks to your suggestion to get acceptance out there, but good foundation.
