Colonies not giving the resources that they are supposed to

I don't know if this is intended as a way to limit what you can gain on colonies...or if its a bug:

(note the lack of granite and the lowered amount of marble)

If it is intended, then expeditions are even more screwed up than I thought...if not, I would love my granite and the rest of my marble please

It's definitely intended since reaching level 20 grants a resource pool extension. But that's neither here nor there since the limit's too low to start with. And what I'm seeing in your screen shot that really chaps my lips is when you pay gems for 2 more slots the limit stays at 2000, the same as when you have only 4 slots. Really?!?!

Hope you get this straightened out soon W1lson. Please post your results here, however it turns out.

Bummer. Another reason to avoid spending time/resources on these expedition things... gl - W1lson.

Yes, it's intended for all I can piece the available information togehter.

While this really is another slap in the face alright, it's pretty much moot as well. Not sure why you went for marble colonies in the first place, aside from XP runs, the granite/*** colonies being the only ones viable to sort of cover your losses somehow, magically come in these low quantities as well, so capping out isn't really that much of an issue.

But yes, another fail that you, eh, discovered in that massive screw up haha

Well that's yet another big kick in the behind to "pvp"-ers isn't it?

Yes, I do the t3 huge maps for the XP, and because I was thinking that if I'm going to do something that costs me more resources than I earn, I might as well earn the max possible resources. I guess that doesn't work though!

All the marble is because I will send out 3 explorers to look for a map, and at t3 huge they come back 80% of the time with nothing but bandit-owned coal, iron, hardwood lumber and marble. The marble seems to me the least insulting of all the options I'm presented with so I usually choose that. You can imagine how happy I was to find that 1 in 1000 (totally made up statistic) granite colony, and how bummed I am to not be getting any granite!

I suppose I could abandon several marble colonies, but that just seems stupid in principal, so instead I'll probably just only play this game every 2 or 3 days instead of the previous every day

But you need to log in every ~12h to collect your colony resources so they don't cap out.... /wink wink

Oh Ceruhe, Trollphu would have been proud of that one

I'm not sure whether to laugh or to cry...I better choose laugh and then go do something productive with my extra hour per day!

Just to close the loop on this, through my support ticket it was confirmed that the cap at 2000 resource per 6-hour is intentional, as stated by the helpful folks in this thread.

And on that note, good luck to all you settlers out there, I'll check back in a few months to see if anything changes for the better. Happy building!
