I understand that there will always be bugs, and maybe I have not been around much but I have never seen a company publish a product they know is broken.

Actually companies do that all the time, especially when the higher-ups have a strict deadline in place (like get this game out for the Christmas rush).

So far its been over 8 hours for today's 9/29/2015 Maintenance Update (epic fail) OMG!
At the time of writing this message, the zeus server is still down and to top it off, you also just now shut down the test server omg.
I pay real money to play the game and I feel you took away my happiness to play TSO. Now I am here at home with nothing to do.

It is only fair you compensate us all for this epic fail ubisoft.
