Hello,
The maintenance is not yet over, we announced yesterday that it would take longer.
We expect the maintenance to be over at approximately 10:00 AM EDT / 7:00 AM PDT. We will open the game as soon as possible.

They did state that the maintenance would be a longer than usual one... The expected 'end' time is 0700 hours (PST), so it looks like we might have to wait another 1.75h. :/
I suppose that means more time to check out the test server...
