So i am noticing that there are some quest about having friends and visiting their Island, None of my friends play this game so is there a way to find random people who maybe looking for friends?

or is there a way to Post that i am willing to add some friends to the my game to complete these quests?

just ask in help - by friends it means people you friend in the game - there's always someone in help willing to friend someone
