I noticed that the iron refills posted in the email is not matching with what's showing in star.

This showed 175 iron and 88 for the bonus, but I didn't get either of them, no idea if the rest of the loot failed to show up as I was only looking at the iron stuff.

This one shows 650 iron and 325. Only 600 and 300 respectively shows up in the star.

I just did another RB and this time I got no iron refills in my star after accepting the email conformation. I didn't do a screen shot like I should have. But 1 of the ls players I had also noticed their email said 650 iron but they only had 600 placed in their star afterwards.

The 650 and 325 Iron are not refills, they are just normal resources and should either be stored in your Storehouse or Star Menu.
I have checked your account and you received all the resources from the RB Loot Mail.
