So, 11:45 am + 5 hrs =4:45 pm. It's 4:54 EDT. Please update the delay or turn the game on. Please. We're all losing our minds.

look on their FB page, they said 5pm EST

I think they had the time right of when the server would reopen... only the date was wrong.... Seriously though.. was zone locked twice on the test server and never got it working right.
