So I am missing something... Do we get star coins now and how? From searches? What type?
The simple answer is that they are gone.
Some bonus adventure quests give star coins.
Some of the new quests you get while leveling up give star coins.
I am told that Storm Recovery has a chance to drop them as well as the new 1001 Nights Adventures.
That is all I can think of right now.

Some of the camps drop them while clearing the new island sectors (the leaders I think probably)
And I was wrong about bonus adventure quests giving star coins. Looks like they gave them in place XP but since none of us are maxed out yet...

Star coins are very handy to get the weapons (arrows and sins). Not allowing us to get some of them in some way (even if a fraction of what it used to be) is a hiccup. The new adventures (as well as the xpac camps) can definitely use some weapons to easing them up. Was hoping some one at BB could think in that direction... Guess not.

I will forever praise my idea of adding star coins to the rarity search.
