Missing Map Boss

My explorer found a colony with no map boss. The sector which usually has the boss on this map has no leader at all.

Yea, that's a new feature since the 75 update. Had tons of colonies already missing leaders and map boss...or both together.

This issues been going on a tad too long, are the tech team actually working on this issue?...........pointless submitting ticket after ticket only to get fobbed off with rather noddy and naive responses.......take the whole pvp nonsense off line till you guys find someone who knows what they are doing and can sort it out.
