They should start maintenance earlier, and complete it before it begins.

Could , should , would, who knows.

Maybe the best thing would be to put 12 hours on there.

This way if it takes 7 or 8 or 3 and it's done before then it's no big deal.
I know any job iv been at you post a time to be there you better be there or your getting fired.
You have all week to slap something in there and get it done so get the times a little better.
I think if they put a time other than 3 to 5 hours it might be a little better.
