    I tried to purchase gems during the recent 100% sale but the transaction would not complete. I tried several times and submitted a ticket to support. Support finally got back to me over a week later. Their response: clear the cache (which I already do daily) and use a different browser. In other words, it's up to me to fix the problem. I have made purchases on another game site and have never had any problems there. It seems this company isn't really that eager to have players spend money on the game, or they would make more of an effort to ensure the payment process works smoothly for all. Oh well, if they don't want my money, guess I'll keep it in my pocket.

    Noticed this thread and since I did buy gems during that sale I will tell you that I spoke to the company that was handling the transactions after trying to buy gems three times. The customer support person told me that it didn't go through and to try again. The fourth time the sale went through just fine, but two days later in my email I received a fraud warning from my credit card company so I had to call and speak to them as well to assure them that the transaction was something I did and it wasn't someone else trying to use my card. I will use pay pal next time I purchase gems.

    I agree - since changing to Xsolla over 6 months ago, nothing has gone through - today spoke to someone in the chat and their response - "USE ANOTHER METHOD OF PAYMENT" - kept coming up with code 5010 - REJECT

    Hey i have to decide to buy gems for the first time since almost 2 years ago. I clik on "buy" and nothing happens. I guess they don't need my money.

    i tried via interact also (debit) but its boxing day so per usual its pretty much down do to being flooded with boxing day purchases etc... (it just keeps timing out - i even waited till about 10 min ago - same issue).. so... good job.... made it impossible for me to give you my money.
