I started during the Halloween event a few years back. I figured there was always music and was sad when it disappeared. The Christmas music last year was too much and would drive people to unspeakable things. Hooray for the three weeks a year that I can turn the music on.

The game is frozen. As of 10:15am, CST on 10/26/2015 I can load the main page and log into my account. When my home island loads, however, the Halloween Event window is frozen. i can move my cursor but cannot click to remove the window.

Please address this ASAP.

The Halloween Event has been a nightmare for me and others who are under lvl 37. We're not getting the pumpkins in adventures or collectables like the higher lvl folks are getting. I've sent this to support but as yet I've not heard back why this is so...surely it is unfair to players who haven't leveled up to 50 yet. Even guild members have commented on the unfairness displayed in the game. It's rather hard to level up as it is in this game. It is very frustrating and I often feel like giving up the game completely because of it's unfair design.

Then there is the serious lag in the game. I haven't lost troops as my guildmates have done, but it really does mess us up...including being booted by the overloaded server. What is up with that? If there aren't enough servers to handle the current load, does that mean there soon will be or will this just get progressively worse as we go along?

Also, instead of the million different guides that are out there, as long as you're putting the enemy troops over a camp when you hover, why don't you offer this instead:
enemy 60 Militia Deserter 60 Bowman Deserter vs 160 R

You could also have the required troops that are needed in the info box for the adventure being viewed prior to selection. Also, why is it that you have to go back to your island to keep adding troops? Why isn't there a better transfer method employed?

Well guides technically weren't how adventures were supposed to be done. They aren't supported by BB in any way - and use them at your own risk. Some guides may be wrong, and you already have combat preview for a rough idea of the battle.

0 pumpkin: 18 times (20%)
18 pumpkins: 47 times (52%)
63 pumpkins: 25 times (28%)

total 2421 pumpkins, average 26.9 per LS.

I have just the complaint that there is really an uneven drop of pumpkin collectibles. I am using the fairy dust if I don't find all, I am at 78. Not sure if the achievement is doable, but some guild mates had 27, 28 collectibles each drop compared to my 16 if lucky, and they find several pumpkins each time. I am happy to find 3 once in a while. Obviously, they already got the 100 achievement, and I am not sure I can get there.
Otherwise it is fine, but just out of curiosity, why are the high probability pumpkin drops just in certain adventures, like BK? I ran so many I want to curl up in a fetal position now, lol. It would be less brainmelting if all adventures have drops that are similar in each category, so we could mix it up more. I almost miss running RB :P

I think it would be nice for the halloween event to have a mega aunt irama's basket that give you 4 times the amount for 24 hours. I know it would cost a lot to make but it would help when people have to work that way they would not have to keep switching them off and it mean you would make the most of your pumpkin cemetery.
