    Groutoween

With the demand for grout, how high will pumpkin prices rise?

With no more "leftover" pumpkins from last year to dilute value, how high will pumpkin prices go?

Will pumpkin prices drop near event end, like all previous events? Since the "nothing left to buy" issue for high-level players should disappear with the unquenchable thirst for grout, could prices remain high, or even climb higher near event end?

How high will Black Knight LS prices go?

Is it worth using the grout we will stock up on? Since it only will increase building production 20%, would it be more profitable to just sell the grout rather than use it?

What's the bigger driving factor, the 20% production increase or the nifty new green roofs?

These are just some of the questions I have asked my dog, however he has expressed no opinions on the topic. He is clearly more preoccupied with issues concerning the acquisition of more food and butt sniffing related activities. So I ask you, what's your opinion? Is my dog narrow-minded and just not seeing the big picture, or has he reached a transcendent level of knowledge far beyond my feeble comprehension?

Big shout out to bigphilokc for aptly coining the term "groutoween", even my dog loves it, albeit only when slathered in peanut butter.

Grout was way more expensive last Halloween than it was during the Christmas event, and presents fell like rain from the sky. I will probably just ignore it and longingly stare at my level 5 buildings until then.
    One army. Pretty please.

Did that ever happen? As far as I can tell, it spikes up, goes a bit and stays like that forever lol

Whatever it is now, you can pretty much double that right off the bat and then maybe add some. Which will also fluctuate with rich premy players adding some more for preferred handling.

20% is alot though...going with the perspective of being a longtime player that won't abondon the ship until it's at the bottom of the sea... with cycles being anything between 3-12 minutes (making it 120-480 cycles a day), it will eventually pay for itself and then generate profit one way or another, though one may want to take advantage of some quick coin whatever if you aren't really at the stage of doing L6 upgrades or barely getting on with your L5 ones...granite still isn't dime a dozen and L6 upgrades need tons.

    Ain't that the same?

Then again bottom line, 170 pumps for 200 grout seems kinda steep considering Xmas (most likely again...) will be imba, so chances are people will go crazy there instead. Guessing whenever some people got all the stuff they want, they will eye buying/selling/swapping/trading pumps and grout however the ratio will go...or going for Nash/Omniseed, those look kinda more beneficial. Gonna come down to either of that lol

I haven't upgraded very much. I'm eyeing a few of the gem/event buildings that I will probably upgrade shortly. I'm actually more limited by granite than I am by grout, but I also generally don't have a need to upgrade much. I'd rather use it than sell it, though.

My guess, it will probably be like the fish farms. No during the event. Yes after the event.

I was going to just collect grout since I have very little, but I'm now thinking I will end up buying other things with most of the pumpkins I end up with.
