The Manor building (you can build at lvl 71) is rather "terrible" if you ask me.
The cost for it and the upgrade cost is just really unbalanced. Considering it only gives you 100 pop.
A frozen manor is way better.
I think it needs a bit of a buff.

lvling past lvl 62 imo is just for bragging rights, there is NOTHING after that level to unlock besides the lousy manor
...and based upon the 'rewards' of said Manor, 62 might be all to concern myself with; then put it into cruise control.

Well as more and more people get to 62, eventually you'll see more top level content. Probably after months of people sayings they are planning to quit because there's nothing more to do, but still ...

the new island is challenging enough without worrying about Island Deeds and new Nobles etc. We need the new nobles at 52. Not 71-72 etc.
By the time we all get to unlock the new Nobles, I don't think it should be looked at as a Prize or to start running around house. We need more population for the new adventures. Any Level 50+ will say they want more pop. Give it to us now, so we all can handle the new adventures.
Agreed. BUT it cost way too much honestly to 'create'. I'd rather wait to see the price of the "Tradeable" version. Like the Noble Deed from the gem store. There looks like a Manor Deed version out there since the trade menu screen shows we can trade one.
agreed -- we need pop now... not 4 years from now. and those of us without a major or several mma will be years b4 we have the expansions cleared - nvm the lack of stalks for deeds...
