The subquest "Once and for All" is part of the "Free the Home Zone" quest line for removing bandits. This final request requires you to clear all the enemies from your island, which is now the main island due to the level 75 expansion. You will not be able to access the additional sectors until level 50.
After this point, experience is gained primarily through completing adventures. You should have received your introductory adventure, Bounty Hunter, when you reached level 26. If you have not done that quest and adventure, now would be the time to do it. Otherwise, you will need to find or buy other adventures to continue to progress in the game.
