Hello,

When attempting to load my Home Island the map loads and then I get a pop-up message that the "Server Zone crashed - An error was detected on this zone. Please try again."

The Home island was fine last night when I logged off no zone errors were present until after loading the map today...

A Support Ticket has been submitted.

Of course this effects the my current participation in the Midsummer Night Special and PvP efforts... ;(

After receiving BB_Endsmore and Maud from Technical Support replies, I was able to logon and load the Home island map where upon the Server Zone crashed again and I am again locked out of the game…

So far the issue seems to be fixed now... However, I am missing trees on the Home Island with stumps instead. And people are telling me that visiting/buffing my island is causing lag issues and/or disconnects in extreme cases. I hope that this is an isolated incident and that the tree and lag issues clear up after tomorrow's Maintenance.

Started Rb adventure last night, loaded my generals and when 15 min later I was trying to visit the adventure got the msg zone error, can't be loaded. Right after that was kicked off the game. When I tried to cancel the adventure same msg pops and also getting kicked off the game to loading screen.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cleared the browsing data, of course it didn't help. Now what is gonna happen with my generals? since that zone is error?

I'm experiencing same problems. I keep getting kicked out and problems with connections to the server. I have already submitted the ticket. Everybody who has the same problem should sent a ticket in, so BB is aware there is an issue affecting more people.

I wish I could log-on to have that problem!! Shheessh!! 1millionth problem with new lvl system, 1millionth and 1 problem with gem buying, 1millionth and 2 problem with log-in and 1millionth and 3 problem with adventures that I can't even complain about because on 1millionth and 2 problem. DDDDDAAAAAMMMMM!!!!!!!
