my island was Locked down from a Zone error for 50 Hours till it was fixed. If you want players to stay and play this game then fix or replace to servers. This is going on way tooooo long !

This is the 3rd time it has happen to me in under 2 weeks. Send a email to support and a private message to BB but nothing. We are losing out time on our premium, adv and we are just stuck doing nothing

I was invited to a Betrayed Little Tailor yesterday but when i tried to visit the adv today, I got kicked out and got a server zone error. One of my MMAs is now stuck in this adv also. That is not the first time we get this kind of error. Last time, we did not hear back from the support team. Can anyone offer any help or is this just going to be our loss ?

this happens alot and what about the premium time we lost being stuck in limbo? this game has been going on for over 4 years and I dont understand how this takes so long to be addressed. Also every time we send in a support ticket we never hear back
