Residence is 100
Palace is 200
You can see them both on my island
But I think they should be upgradable, a 4x4 palace takes the room of 4 nobles, but the nobles hold more population

The resources seem the same; however the follow-ups do not drop much for me any longer; been 6 WC and no FU....
