Trade office selling issue

I posted a trade of 4 lots of 10k iron ore under my first coin slot when the game hung for a few seconds and then all sorts of weirdness happened. All of the coin slots are showing the coin value with no items next to them. I am also missing an additional 40k iron ore (80k total was deducted from my storage).
