Panda Mini Quest Disappeared

I recently completed a Clever Little Tailor adventure and received two 'panda mini quest' items. I used the 1st one, followed the steps, hit complete and received credit, no problem. However when I used the 2nd one on my mayors house a few seconds later it vanished. I did not receive the usual error of 'you already have one active', and I did not receive the quest chain in my quest log. The panda item simple disappeared with no other indication that I even clicked it.

I'm assuming this is a case of using it at the exact wrong time, before the 1st completely cleared it self out, but after it was marked as complete. I've submitted a ticket as well, but have not received a response yet. Was more curious to know if this is a known bug, or if anyone else has had this happen? And yes, I've both refreshed and re-logged (this happened last night) and the panda item has yet to reappear.

So I finally received a response from support after a week of waiting, and this is what I get: 'I am sorry to hear you lost this item, but when you apply the Panda Mini Quest before completely finishing the first one (by collecting the reward), the item will be permanently lost.'

I'm not usually one to vent, but if you TRY to submit two quests on top of each other you can't... Waiting a week to get be told something that is blatantly not true is aggravating to say the least.

And yes, just to make sure, I did test it. I just tried to apply 2 wedding invites on top of each other, and it gives an error saying the quest is already active and the item is NOT lost.

Edit: And even if one would disappear in the way that was claimed, wouldn't that still be a bug? Are they telling me its intentional for you to situationally lose a mini-quest for no reason?

This just happened with a wedding .. but i had definitely COMPLETED the previous one... all 13 before that worked fine.. it wasn't until the LAST on that i dragged onto mayor that failed... i put it on - the made the zinging sound.. and 'stuck' - in star it was listed as 0 under the wedding.. nothing every appeared in quest menu. after refresh it was gone from star - and not a running quest.

how do i get my wedding back??

Sadly you do not. Run more fairytales and hopefully you will get a better mini quest.

I would submit a ticket. If you have any screenshots (of the listed as 0) that might help, but even if not, they have logs showing your use of these quests - provide date and time of occurrence to help them review it; request a replacement. They know of this failure and are presumably working on a fix.

I have heard several people complain that Blue Byte refused to give them the missing mini quest. I would be surprised if they compensated you. But no harm in trying a ticket. I hope you get better replies than I do.

Odd, the one time I tried to apply a mini quest over one running already was "This quest is already active" and nothing happened otherwise. Left hand, right hand, you guys know the deal.
