Why does the level 56 quest "About Arrows" tell me to ready the archers then ask me to make guns?

Why is it even called about "About Arrows" when it seems it has nothing to do with arrows?

Are they magical arquebuses that fire arrows instead of bullets?

Also in the American dialect there is no "e" on the end, it is just arquebus.

And since I have no idea how to pronounce arquebus I will just call them Arby's Sauce.
