Improved Buildings
Looks like Improved Farms will be tradable soon. On the test server Improved Farms are tradable.
Don't bother upgrading any of your old farms to level 6. Save your resources/grout/granite etc and snag Improved Farms and just upgrade those instead.
In fact, don't bother upgrading Bread Maker or Mills. I'm sure an improved version of those will be made available in the future.
And don't bother buying building licenses because all these new buildings don't require building licenses. If we're eventually replacing our buildings, with stuff that don't require a license there won't be much of a need to use licenses.

And don't forget to bring a towel.
One army.

Pretty please.

Improved Farms will be giftable, not tradeable. But yes you will be able to get as many as u want without spending gems, just like every improved building that has come out. That may not please you, but it will make most very happy. Yes they will likely continue to make improved buildings for other things which will increase production. I'm perfectly happy with that as long as they continue to give us ways of obtaining those bulidings without having to spend gems. If you feel like you've wasted money by upgrading the old buildings then just keep them and don't bother with the new stuff. Some people will like the added production and it's certainly not harming you in any way.

latest test server update made it tradeable now.

I don't plan to actually replace anything. The cost on the market is going to be insane. When the imp watermills hit the market after Christmas, the costs for those will be insane too. Basically this will just make me probably expand production on a couple of things, not tear down a bunch of stuff.

90% of my farms are at lvl 5... a bunch at lvl 6.. before the event... it took me months and months and months to save enough granite to do these.. so ya - i'm not gonna tear em down.. but the new farms put me at a green production level
