Bug on Lvl 62 Quest - A Gift for A King (Part 1)

This quest shows up with the refill a total of 500 saltpeter on your saltpeter deposits already complete (even tho' I did add the 500 deposits to try to finish the quest). After building the 2 level 5 saltpeter mines that part also shows complete.

However, there is no box to check to complete the quest, therefore it just sits in my quest book.

This bug needs a fix please.
