all the BN I had to run to get a granite drop from that never happened.......back when we couldn't make frags and BN was only in the shop, now nothing would be impossible just maybe not worth doing. But my vote stands!!! whatever jack wants, I vote against!!
it was the "end of the world" on the Mayan calendar.....and it wasn't all that great.....but it was based in real life and that made it fun. Any event is a good event.

i think this sounds like a great thing, as long as BB looks at the cost of the 'quest' vs the reward. because looking at the previous ones somethign like this (for levels 46-50)
1. Reconstitution: Produce at least 150 Aunt Irma's Gift Baskets + Pay 5000 Salpeter from your storage • Rewards: 400 Exotic wood planks"
is NOT worth the reward, seeing as how salt is terribly expensive and hard to come by anymore. but yes. this.looks.amazing. I would LOVE to see more stuff like this come out again!
and the main rewards? GEMS? BUILDINGS! HECK YEAH. totes vote yes!

Pretty sure at the time of the quest saltpeter was near-worthless so that was worthwhile.
