Economy and granite

BB removes all of our event items, after the event, to help balance the economy. Then they turn around and require all of the granite to upgrade buildings and give us very few ways to get that granite, which has thrown the economy way out of wack. BB's methods seem strange to me because they place a band-aid on a minor wound then take a knife and rip a bigger place to bleed out. Demand has shot through the roof for granite, omni seeds, and guild coin since the new changes have gone into effect. How does this help our economy? Granite is in such demand that the price on it rises daily sometimes by as much as a 1000 coins for 1000 units of granite. What could be purchased in trade a few weeks past, 1000 units of granite for 6000 coin you now get for 10 to 12 thousand coin. I just saw someone offer to sell 1000 guild coin for 12000 gold coin. This is in pursuit of the omni seed to place on a granite pit to make granite.

Speaking of granite pits even that was a band-aid because the ratio of seed to finished product is so pathetic. I don't know who the CEO of BB is at the moment but in my opinion he should be replaced.

Granite has not gone up on the Ares server. Sounds like the players on Zeus are bad at math... or insane. And just because an offer is in the Trade Office does not mean that is the going rate. That is the player's problem, not the owners. But I suppose next time I am waiting on the bus and a car drives through a puddle and it splashes me it is time to fire the Mayor. Or Obama, it is probably his fault anyway.

But yes, the granite pit is horrible. Again it was the players who voted it into the guild shop.

BB removes all of our event items after the event so we can no longer hoard them for the future which- decreases supply of event items which will (in BB hopes) raise gem sales during event times, not "to help balance the economy."

Okay I stand corrected you can still get some granite for less than the 12000 people are trying to charge but I still say the economy on our server is skewed.
