the prices for noble residences have gone sky high, making it practically impossible for new players to get a decent population.
a new low cost population building that's available at the merchant for a few gems, can be traded, and does not use licences would be a big help.
maybe BB could make the regular residences available at the merchant for a low price, say 25 gems? or perhaps a new building that looks really cool?
