It's a nice population house. I had hoped for a Halloween one, but I guess the dark castle and witches tower are kinda halloweeny.

It's a residence for all the retired bandits. After finding that crime doesn't pay, they bake pastries and make candy for all settlers, thus adding to the holiday cheer. These confectioners and pastry chefs have discovered that to give is indeed better than to receive. Because they love this new lifestyle so much, they use their treats to decorate their home.
