I think these should be upgradedable using beans, since we all need so much pop with 3 armies. and it with make a use for beans keeps price normal

Totally agree. Excellent Idea!! And they don't even need to come up with new artwork for each level if you ask me, just raise the pop limit.

Yes this would be a wonderful idea since beans has drop really low.
