    Gingerbread House versus Frozen Manor

Currently Frozen Manor is 140 pop. (but the building seems to be locked down from any upgrade).

The Gingerbread house while it is currently at 115 (max pop). It's an upgrade building going to 6.

In the future, I believe BB will be increasing upgrades to level 7 and 8 etc.

Which will make the Gingerbread House the best choice long term since it will lapse the Frozen Manor.

    That's my prediction.

(look at the village school house for example. you can upgrade to 6 now.) Floating houses go up to 6 as well.

Well, if it happens soon enough then maybe, but that's ONLY IF you be able to get more gingerbread houses. In comparison with the free FM (140 settlers right away) to gingerbread house (115 settlers after 2 weeks of waiting to get to level 6 + tons of resources), I personally think Frozen Manor last year was much better gift.

I know, I know, lots of people are going to post how ungrateful I am, but if you really think about it.......

Yes, Gingerbread House @ 600 grout and 2k Granny for Level 6 is costly, not sure how efficient it will be for anyone with many GBH to UG to 7 or 8.
