Missing mine and gingerbread house

So after I opened all the doors on the Christmas calendar,
I clicked on the golden door down in the right corner
but I can't find the Special Mine and Gingerbread House
in my Misc tab with the rest of the buildings.

Did I do something wrong?

Should I submit a ticket?

Is that the Contact Support option under
Technical FAQ off the Help/Support button on the front screen?
