Guild Quest rewards: Guild Coins vs Event Resources during events

Voted for keeping guild coins, and I see that the current poll numbers has my vote as the low vote. Not very happy about that, I bet most are voting for event resources that really don't understand or are on the low end during events. Many long time players know what happens when these type of changes are brought in.

I voted yes for event resources, but only if it will be reasonable event resources reward. As many mentioned here, ratio needs to be added when asking people opinion. Get ready for some serious complaining if the event resource reward is ridiculously low (as we've been noticing in other areas when it comes to rewards).

But smaller guilds already are rewarded less guild coins than larger guilds. Nature of the beast, and incentive to grow your guild.

I wish I could change my vote,
the resources would be a much better choice, as it will help players more, specially the new ones who do not have a lot of explorers / scouts to send out hunting presents. it would also give those in a guild incentive to finish the quest quickly to get more rewards.
As long as they make it worth while for the loss of the guild coins
those with out guilds have no profit either way, and should not vote

What kind of poll is this?.... Not very fair- you need to give us exact #s, comparing apples to oranges only work if we know how much of each we get, no offense but i dont trust the Devs when it comes down to "We will then look into how everything can be balanced and made fair to everyone."... unless we are given exact #s, definitely keep guild coins as rewards. Please ask us in a different poll when we are given more information instead of asking us to blindly take a poll on something

and btw, why would those not in a guild have a say in guild coin matters? Makes no sense.

lets not forget we are getting- 1 Present = 0.4 gold coins 1 event collectible = 0.04 gold coins, so it is 2 coins per 5 presents, and 2 coins per 50 collectibles- for our leftover presents/collectibles when event ends. Why would "We will then look into how everything can be balanced and made fair to everyone."be any different? That return is even worse than spending 350 gems for 100 gold coins in gem shop....

I have found that from noticing so many guilds going crazy on who they invite or who they do or don't kick out to be a bother to the game itself. I have been kicked a few times and left a few times and if you ask me personally, I do not care for guild coins.

Guild coins was just an excuse for some leaders to make being active a requirement! I play at my own speed, my own terms and I do very well. I found trading
to be the advantage I needed. In our guild (BWT) not one person feels they have to play everyday! Real life is more important than any game. And some of them leave and we don't know why and we just move on and invite more players. Number grow slowly because many actually want more help and well one thing we do not do is babysit them. Guild coins in my opinion was just a way for guild leaders to demand activity. I never cared for them guild coins because I buy Gems. I also have helped over 1000 players on the game by giving out deals for 1 fish/stone and continue to give out for free. I offer these freebies because I have a lot and sharing is more important to me than activity rules.
If the trade off for guild coins is a fair exchange for any event item, then I vote for the event exchange. But if BB wants to steal the guild coins from them players who do bust their butts on doing guild quests, then I vote against it, leave their guild coins alone!
I guess the question I have to ask BB is very simple, if you plan to make it optional for all players to turn in their guild coins or to keep them, then that's a 50/50 fair deal, then some would and some would not. But for me, I never found anything worth spending guild coins on because I rock my game and have more than I need, so I am doing much better than most.
