It is the responsibility of the buyer to review the plot information prior to the sale, and survey documents are freely available and on display in the document office. Please remember when coming to review these documents to consult the hours the documentation office is open, as the hours have changed; and it is helpful to bring a torch as well.
Furthermore, all builders are requested to have proper surveying performed and any structural design reviewed by a certified engineer prior to construction. Blue Byte cannot be held responsible for problems that occur due construction failures arising from improper use of land purchased by the player.
