Has anyone already tested this year's egg drop from adventures? I would like to know so I can prep my lower level guildies, especially if it is one player adventures like last year (traitors, WOTS)

Has anyone been playing around with the daily military? What kind of troops are they? Is this something that could be done on the side with just a general and 200 recruits, or are these going to take thought about the perfect combination? Do you get experience and rewards for the attack like you do for the other enemies that were on your islands?

They are unique units. 20-40 hit points with the same damage so far. Some first strike/attack weakest, no splash damage yet. Blindly throwing recruits or swordsmen at them results in few losses. No clue on XP, there is an egg reward for the daily quest and a camp reward like with clearing camps on your home island. You can also have a friend buff remove the camps for no troop loss. The camps are getting stronger each time you kill them and from the available buffs it looks like there will be leaders eventually.

You can kill them so dead with elite troops. SO DEAD.

But much much nicer to let people bribe them away. Helps everyone get the achievements.

A couple of things from my bit on the test server:

* In the Where Do Easter Eggs adv, I had to keep leaving & revisiting the adventure to get the nests & caves to appear correctly to get the buffs to apply correctly. What happened was I would apply all my buffs, the quest wouldn't finish, I would leave the adv, come back to the adv, and find that 3 of the caves/nests didn't get the buff applied after all, apply again, and hope that all 3 would work. If not, I would leave & come back & finish buffing. It was just a pain to do, which I don't know if that was because of my computer or the server.

* The camp on my home island's extra island did show up when I logged in, but then disappeared when I left for an adv and came back. I don't have any friends or a guild on the test server, so I can't think that anyone else came. My achievements or Easter quests aren't showing that anything happened. I've reloaded the test server game, and the partiers don't show up.
<edit> The camp never showed up again after 24 hours. Someone else on the test server chat also didn't have theirs respawn.

Achievement awards seem really crappy, that's a lot to go through for a cheese sammie or a change skin buff! event achievements have until now yielded event resources why the change to junk?

Keep in mind that the achievements points are necessary to upgrade the building, and a better building is a reward itself.

i was on the test server, i was having fun, until....
for two days two generals have been attacking one camp on the island to the south (MMA included)
the party crashers never showed up after day one
was unable to post in forum because email was never sent to confirm my email address *(i tried twice)

Send a general to attack that camp, and retreat it right away, it'll unstick the other generals.
