Generals are trapped

I've sent generals to attack the Bandit Camp (250 Horseman) in the Archipelago, and they got stuck in the Camp for hours. I used an Assassin buff to finish it off, and the generals returned, but after sending them out again to the next Bloodthirsty bandit camp (120 Dune Marksmen, 150 Horseman)
they got trapped again

Tried cleaning the browser (Win10 MS Edge) no result, they are still stuck in attack

Hello,

Sending another general and retreating him immediately will unlock your stuck general.
