Non-deletable Buffs

Was I not paying attention or are they a lot more buffs that cannot be deleted? Looking at my star the only ones that I can delete are the ones you can produce in the Provisions House with the exception of the Stop Buff.

Not that I would ever delete them, but I could have sworn that the majority of buffs had the "X" in the corner.

I wish all of them had an 'x'... those stupid night-time island ones for instance.
