Geologist results not in news

When my geologist goes out the news feed shows he started his search. But the news feed stopped recording what he found or didn't find, no mention of it at all and I have to search all over the map to see if he found anything or not.

This is a true statement, and is a new 'feature'.

On a side note, if you are not on your island (as in out on adventure or visiting another island), you will not get your island logs.

Additional info that may prove useful. The tab shows when a geologist is sent to search for stone and it says when stone is not found but it does not say when stone IS found.

agreed - Also when they find 'two deposits', when they find quality, larger etc any of the extra skills we purchased - should be in the news sometimes we don't see the itty popup in time to verify.
