move items within the star menu

not sure if someone posted this already, but I have 4 normal generals and I have 1 marshal stuck right in the middle of it, I would be nice if I could move it to my other ones, if a dev could move it that would be great but just an idea I thought i would share able to move items around in the star menu

you're stuck with them, after a while you learn to ignore them in star, they get lost with the soon to have 40+ gens cap
