Surprising vote results...
If the results are put into context, they make sense since the Easter event was already revealed at the time of the vote. It's a matter of timing more than anything.
1> During Easter there are 2 improved silos available for eggs. Paired up with 2 improved farms for guild coins, that's a sweet setup basically for free.
2> As somebody else already pointed out, during Easter, 2 generals, a Vet and a MMA are available for eggs. Why bother with a Big Helmet when you can get a Vet and a MMA.
If the vote had happened sometime after the event, say in July, it might have gone differently. Context. I would hope BB takes this into consideration and offers Big Helmet again another time.

There ya go...... a perfect example of something being out of context.![]()

Are there really that many people maxed out on generals and using them all at once?
I would of traded them 10 Imp Farms for Big Helmet.
I have every single General there is already bought including the 2 Majors and it still is not enough for most FTs cause of all the sacrifices you have to make. People just do not think before they vote.
And yes voting for a item you can buy as many as you want from Gem shop or even get them in the TO for coins was just stupid over a Limited Item.

I see people calling others... shall we say naive, because apparently a majority chose Imp Farm over BHG. The argument being Imp Farms can be bought in the T.O. and they are not limited.
Do newer players a favor and flashback to when you were just finishing up the home island, had limited licenses and were looking at running Dark Priest, Horseback, etc.Add a MG to the next Guild Market Vote and it not make it and I still wouldn't call people names because they did not vote the way I did, so please stop inferring people are stupid for not voting the way you did.
- You see that in a few weeks, there will be 3 gens available with special abilities and/or holding more units than the BHG can.
- Then you look at the fact that 2 imp farms replace 6 regular farms and regain the licences. Now you can build more smelters and swordsmiths/bowmakers to train units so you can run adventures closer together and level up.
- Not to mention until high 40s very few players I visit have a gold chain making more than a thousand or so coins a day and Imp farms cost more than 20k coins (Ares). At lower levels coins don't sit around and collect dust in the star for a month so they can get one.
IDK. Though I do agree name-calling is not appropriate, I'd have to agree that for the majority of the players, selecting an item that is unlimited for place in the Guild Merchant tab over one which is limited is, well, uh, how to be considerate, yet truthful: silly and lacking of anything but immediate gratification. The only ones who REALLY make out on this selection of the improved farms in the guild merchant are the greedy ones already calling the shots in the trade office. But, it is a supposed democratic process in which BB has no supposed interest in affecting the voting, and as such, I accept the decree. I will be able to save my guild coin for something useful that appears later. Oh, *SNAP*! I've been saying that for the last 4-5 guild 'selections'.![]()
