Zone-buffs resetting during Easter Event quests

The quest is also ending early when collectibles are still on the map

I normally run Sandman on my island and with the start of the Easter event I've now had to apply the sandman buff 3+times in the span of 48 hours. The first was my first log-in for the event(something I dismissed as the normal buff ending) I reapplied the buff and was fine.

Today I logged in and upon the party crasher camp respawning daylight broke across my island along with the popup of the new crasher questline for the day....

I re-applied the 7-day buff AGAIN and as soon as a guild-mate threw some truces on the camp and the quest completed it AGAIN reset the zone to normal daylight.

This is very frustrating, BB. Please look into this, please.

Fairy Fire buffage is resetting whenever a Quest Notice pops up... And judging from other Forum posts this issue is common to all Zone-wide Buffs ;(

These things cost freaking gems. Is BB going to be sending out fairy fires to everyone. I have wasted at least 8 of them with this stupid bug.

Zone buffs are resetting every time you get a quest complete notice. BB knows about the bug. Nice of the time to implemented a bugged feature just before the Easter Event eh?

Note that this happens anytime there is a screen refresh, which can be caused by quest complete notice, scrolling the island, or just finding collectibles.

Oh, and thanks for implementing a Zone buff feature that no one asked for and messing up it up so completely. Just before the Easter Event too - now that takes planning I tell you.
