If the Intrepid explorer has the trouble-seeker skill applied (% chance of finding 2 adventures), does that chance get applied to both of her "rolls"? in other words, could she come back with 4 adventures?

I think that, when working properly, 4 could be feasible. I did get 4 iron mines at the same time once with the conscientious geo around a time that everything seemed to be working properly.
